Dialysis & Recurring Care

Same driver. Same van. Same 15-minute window. Every time.

Dialysis isn't an event. It's a rhythm — three days a week, every week, for years. Our recurring service is built for that rhythm: a fixed pickup window, a familiar driver who knows your route and your story, and a 10% discount baked into every standing schedule. Show up, get treatment, come home. Repeat.

What's Included

The recurring advantage.

A standing schedule is fundamentally different from one-off booking. Here's what's built in.

Locked-in pickup window

Your slot is yours. Same M/W/F or T/Th/S, same 15-minute window, every week. Not "approximately." Locked.

Primary driver assignment

One driver runs your route. They know your name, your dialysis center, your favorite seat, that you like the AC down. Continuity is care.

Trained backup driver

If your primary is sick or on vacation, a designated backup who has already been briefed on your specifics takes the wheel. No starting over.

Treatment-day awareness

We know dialysis patients are often weak after treatment. Drivers help with steps, transfers, and the door. Slower pace on the way home. Quiet ride if needed.

10% discount on base fare

Standing schedules of 2+ trips/week get 10% off the per-trip base fare for the life of the schedule. That's roughly $400+ per year in dialysis savings.

Schedule changes without penalty

Doctor's appointment that day? Snow day at the center? Cancel up to 4 hours before pickup, no charge. We're a partner, not a contract trap.

Common Schedules

The shapes recurring takes.

Most recurring riders fall into one of these patterns. We accommodate all of them — and anything in between.

Dialysis — MWF or TThS

Hemodialysis 3x/week, ~4 hour sessions. Most common recurring booking we run.

Chemotherapy

Weekly or biweekly chemo sessions, varying duration. Same driver every visit for stability.

Physical & occupational therapy

2–3 sessions/week for joint replacement recovery, stroke rehab, sports medicine.

Radiation therapy

Daily sessions M–F for 4–8 weeks. Short visits, big consistency requirement.

Mental health & counseling

Weekly therapy, IOP/PHP programs, group sessions. Discreet, no judgment, dignified.

Adult day health programs

5-day-a-week pickup to day health centers — for dementia, post-stroke, or social engagement.

Recurring Questions

What dialysis families ask us.

Q.

What if my dialysis center changes?

Just let us know. We update the route, recalculate the mileage, send you a revised quote, and the same driver continues running it (assuming the new center is in our service area). One phone call.

Q.

What happens if my driver gets sick?

Our backup driver — already briefed on your specifics, your route, your preferences — covers the trip. You don't get someone who's never met you. You get someone who knows your story even if it's their first time driving you.

Q.

How does insurance billing work for recurring?

For Medicaid recipients booked through MTM, Modivcare, or Verida, the broker handles trip authorization for each ride. We bill the broker directly — you don't see invoices. For Medicare Advantage and private pay, we set up monthly invoicing so you're not managing it ride-by-ride.

Q.

What if I need to skip a week for a hospitalization or vacation?

Pause your schedule with a phone call or email. No cancellation fees. When you're ready to resume, we pick up exactly where we left off — same driver, same time, same everything.

Q.

Will my driver actually be on time?

That's the whole point of the locked window. Our recurring on-time rate is 99% (a hair higher than our overall fleet average) because the driver knows the route, the traffic patterns, and your front door. If they're ever more than 15 minutes late for a non-weather, non-traffic reason, that trip is free.

Q.

Can I get the discount for non-dialysis recurring?

Yes. The 10% recurring discount applies to any standing schedule of 2+ trips per week — physical therapy, chemo, radiation, day programs, weekly social outings. If you book it regularly, you save.
