A steady arm, a clean ride, a friendly door.
For patients who can walk or transfer with light assistance — our ambulatory service is the most affordable, most personal way to get to care. We don't drop you at the curb. We walk you to the front door.
Everything in the price.
No hidden fees. No "premium" service. This is what every ambulatory ride includes — every time.
Clean, late-model sedan or SUV
Climate-controlled, smoke-free, sanitized between every trip. No personal cars or rideshare vehicles.
Door-through-door assistance
We walk you from the front door to the vehicle, and from the vehicle to the clinic reception desk. Not curbside.
Mobility aid handling
Canes, walkers, rollators stowed safely and returned to you on arrival. We've handled thousands.
One companion seat — free
Family member, caregiver, or friend rides with you at no extra charge. Always.
Trained, uniformed driver
CPR-certified, HIPAA-trained, badge-displayed. Background-checked annually. Not a side gig.

About ambulatory transport.
How do I know if ambulatory is right for my parent?
If your loved one can walk a few steps (with or without a cane, walker, or rollator) and can sit in a regular car seat with help, ambulatory is the right service. If they can't transfer in or out of a vehicle, you'll need wheelchair transport. When in doubt, call us — we'll ask three questions and tell you in 30 seconds.
What if my loved one uses a walker?
No problem. We stow the walker in the trunk, help with the transfer, and have it ready when you arrive. We've moved thousands of walkers, rollators, canes, and crutches. It's part of the job.
Will Medicaid or Medicare cover this?
Often, yes. Texas Medicaid covers NEMT through brokers like MTM, Modivcare, and Verida — we're credentialed with all three. Medicare Advantage plans often include NEMT. We'll verify your coverage for free before you book.
What if my loved one has dementia or anxiety?
All drivers are trained in dementia-aware care and de-escalation. A family member or caregiver can ride along free. Tell us about any specific concerns at booking — we'll match you with the right driver and brief them beforehand.
