Olaeni Transport is a licensed non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provider headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas. We provide safe, on-time, ADA-compliant transport for medical appointments, hospital discharges, dialysis, recurring care, and long-distance medical transfers across the greater Houston area.

We provide eight categories of NEMT service across the greater Houston area — from a steady arm at the front door to a fully equipped stretcher van with two attendants. All vehicles are ADA-compliant. All drivers are CPR-trained, HIPAA-trained, and certified in their service category.

ADA-compliant fleet
Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs) with hydraulic lifts, low-profile ramps, and 4-point Q'Straint securement systems. Stretcher vans rated for non-emergency horizontal transport.
Trained drivers
Minimum 80 hours of training before solo trips. CPR & First Aid (AHA), HIPAA, bloodborne pathogens, patient handling and securement, dementia-aware care.
24/7 dispatch
Dispatch staffed every day, including weekends and holidays. Same-day and after-hours requests prioritized based on medical urgency.
Real-time tracking
GPS-tracked vehicles. SMS notifications to patients and designated family members at pickup, en route, arrival, and return.
Insurance coordination
Direct billing with Texas Medicaid (MTM, Modivcare, Verida), Medicare Advantage, workers' compensation, VA Benefits, and long-term care policies. Free verification before booking.
Fleet maintenance
ASE-certified mechanic inspections on a fixed schedule. Lifts tested weekly. Securement straps replaced annually. Vehicles sanitized between every trip.

Olaeni operates across approximately 9,400 square miles of southeast Texas — covering the greater Houston metropolitan area and the five surrounding counties. Long-distance and interstate transfers available across all 50 states by custom quote.
